Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems and operations meet applicable codes and safety standards.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
