Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety.
• Experience with building management systems and digital controls preferred.
• Knowledge of safety codes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building equipment.
• Operate, monitor, and optimize building systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
