Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety components. You will support preventive maintenance, manage energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with codes and company directives.

The role requires 4–5 years of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED (trade school preferred), and Universal CFC certification. Physical demands and potential supervisory duties are part of the job.
