CBRE HV is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling. You will support preventive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, and contribute to energy management initiatives as part of CBRE’s engineering team.

This role requires hands-on maintenance across mechanical, plumbing and life-safety systems, with a focus on reliability, safety, and efficient operations at a CBRE

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and meet physical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to meet or exceed rated life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; keep work area safe and clean.
• Review building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply knowledge of standard principles and procedures to complete complex tasks and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example to reflect CBRE RISE values and build consensus.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within the team and related areas.
