Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Building Engineer to support a 24/7 operations environment, maintaining and troubleshooting complex building systems across a dynamic facility.

This hands-on role requires problem solving, reliability, and delivering exceptional service. You will join a close-knit team with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM) in a mission-critical setting, empowering you to impact facility performance and safety while upholding CBRE values of respect,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional HVAC/electrical/mechanical certifications encouraged.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing stairs/ ladders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and maintenance of critical building systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC and mechanical equipment throughout the facility.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to help ensure reliable operations.
• Oversee and inspect the work performed by outside contractors.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program; respond to repairs as needed.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure compliance with design and environmental conditions.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively and lead by example within CBRE values.
