Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Engineering/Technical Services professional to maintain site equipment and calibration processes. You will troubleshoot systems, diagnose issues, and uphold documentation across locations.

You will also implement training, share knowledge with peers, coach others, and ensure processes align with CBRE standards and values. This full-time role requires physical capability and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to exercise judgment from multiple information sources.
• Willingness to adopt new perspectives on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and restore routine technical service and equipment.
• Address network problems impacting multiple locations and verify documentation.
• Maintain schedules, configurations, and technical reference materials.
• Participate in user acceptance training and create training documentation.
• Apply standard principles to complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values and consensus-building.
• Impact activity across teams and operate within broad guidelines.
