Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technical Sr. to lead engineering operations, supervise technicians and subcontractors, and ensure preventive maintenance programs are effectively deployed across building systems.

You will review complex issues, coordinate with clients to minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations. The role requires hands-on experience, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma/education plus 2–3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Follow existing procedures to solve standard problems and make judgments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze information.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Review work orders and resolve complex issues.
• Schedule preventive maintenance with clients to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
• Inspect staff work and ensure equipment and spaces are in optimal condition.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate required assistance.
