Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Licenses/certifications as required by local/state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to building systems (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life safety).
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain energy management and preventive maintenance programs.
