Job summary

CBRE Spring House is seeking a Building Sr. Engineer to monitor complex building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and life safety. The role supports operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs across multiple disciplines for a premier pharmaceutical client.

You will assign work orders, supervise contractors, develop preventive maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive energy efficiency while mentoring others and upholding CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional HVAC/electrical/mechanical certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Assign work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and oversee energy management programs for efficiency.
• Oversee work by outside contractors and address client inquiries.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and ensure equipment meets life expectancy.
