Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience including 3+ years leading sales teams in Building Automation.
• Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills for coaching and interfacing with customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Valid driver's license with limited violations; eligible for Siemens fleet program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Promote team selling and expansion of existing relationships across divisions and/or geographic areas; coordinate engineering and sales support to facilitate offering and support quality products.
• Drive sales teams to achieve goals and maintain customer satisfaction; coach, develop skills, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Review bids to ensure margins and alignment with objectives; assist in determining resources and potential large accounts.
• Network with Region/Branch and HQ to share knowledge, input best practices, and incorporate new ideas into projects.
• Develop sales forecasts and budgets; identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies and promotions.
• Engage with large/key accounts and participate in selling to them as needed.
