Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solutions Senior Sales Executive to support our Lakewood, CO branch, serving the greater Denver area. You will drive new orders, manage a robust sales funnel, and develop regional market strategies across commercial Smart Buildings Automation Solutions.

You will engage with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users, acting as a trusted advisor to optimize building systems and achieve business goals, with travel ~10% as needed for development and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or operations experience in building automation, HVAC, or related field.
• Ability to estimate and sell technical solutions and services.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and fleet vehicle eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order/booking and profit goals based on assigned quota.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasting order intake and delivering forecasted results.
• Understand the marketplace, competitors, customers, and influencers across the region; stay current on automation market trends.
• Develop a market and account plan focusing on strategic growth and go-to-market strategies.
• Act as a consultant to customer organizations to ensure buildings perform to business goals.
• Attend industry events and participate in professional organizations to network.
