Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of end-to-end sales, business development, or consulting in commercial fire alarm/life safety or related construction industries
• Experience with fire and life safety systems and building fire alarm codes and standards (IFC, IBC, NFPA)
• Ability to estimate and sell technical solutions and manage account development and strategic sales
• Verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

• Develop vertical market and account management plans for strategic growth
• Maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities and achieve bookings and profit goals
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams for great customer outcomes

• Influence new construction specifications by developing relationships with engineers and architects
• Document business goals and success metrics with customer organizations
• Prepare value-based proposals and presentations with cross-functional teams
• Ensure smooth sales-to-operations turnover and maintain customer relationships for future business
