Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Building Automation Solutions Senior Sales/Account Executive in San Antonio, TX. Qualifications

• Sales experience in commercial building automation or related tech industry.
• Senior Sales Executive: 3+ years; Account Executive: 8+ years.
• Ability to estimate and sell technical solutions; strong account development and negotiation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order/booking and profit goals based on quota.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasted order intake.
• Understand marketplace, competitors, customers, and decision influencers across the region.
• Develop a vertical market and account management plan for strategic growth.
• Act as a consultant to multiple levels of the customer’s organization to align building systems with business goals.
• Attend industry networking events and participate in professional organizations such as ASHRAE or USGBC.
