Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional accounts for a key global brand. You will develop and execute the annual sales plan, manage cross-functional teams, and build a robust pipeline with marketing and TS&D.

Locations include Midland, MI, Houston, TX, Collegeville, PA, Marietta, GA, and East Coast remote options. The role emphasizes customer relationships, price negotiations, market insights, and delivering growth across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence for plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Communicate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
