Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional accounts and cross‑business collaborations for a key global brand owner in personal care.

You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline, while directing cross‑functional teams and negotiations.

Locations include Midland, MI; Collegeville, PA; Houston, TX; Marietta, GA; or East Coast remote, with travel as required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (or military equivalent) and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Strong cross-functional and negotiational leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Manage regional accounts and develop annual sales plans.
• Lead cross-functional relationships and coordinate customer interactions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and growth.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape strategy.
• Lead negotiations and pricing changes; drive growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior staff.
