Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager in the United States to manage a key global brand owner relationship in personal care, with locations including Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; or remote on the East Coast.

You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent; 7+ years relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial trade-offs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Manage account portfolio – prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
