Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Manager for Dow Consumer Solutions to oversee regional and cross-business relationships with major brand owners in personal care.

You will manage direct accounts, craft annual sales plans, and partner with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Manage regional/global brand-owner relationships and cross-business accounts.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans and pipeline with TS&D and Marketing.
• Lead cross-functional teams and negotiate price changes.
• Drive growth and deliver CX improvements with stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
• Proficient in CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
