Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global personal care brand. You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and build a pipeline with TS&D and Marketing. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, negotiating with customers, and mentoring junior staff. Travel may be required, with a regional focus and occasional global projects, all while delivering value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalence required (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent)
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available

Responsabilités

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape plan
• Lead negotiations and pricing changes
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities
