Job summary

Bank of Hope in Los Angeles seeks an Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, enforce policy compliance, and support exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff and collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet branch goals.

The role requires five years in banking with supervisory experience, leadership and strong communication skills, plus knowledge of cash handling, audits, and risk management. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of banking experience and at least three years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operational functions ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Supervise tellers and staff, supporting day-to-day branch operations.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies in workflows.
• Ensure proper cash management, vault operations, and ATM balancing.
• Conduct audits to minimize risks and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Support Branch Manager in staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Foster customer-focused environment and resolve escalated issues.
• Assist in strategic initiatives and sales collaboration with BM and PBO.
