Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting/business administration.
• Five+ years in banking and three+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with banking systems and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Korean language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operational functions in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Supervise and support tellers and branch staff in daily operations.
• Monitor workflows and identify process improvements.
• Ensure cash management, vault operations, ATM balancing, and cash levels.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
• Provide training and mentorship to operations staff.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and customer concerns.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager on staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Contribute to sales goals by coordinating with BM and PBO.
