Job summary

Territorial Savings, a division of Bank of Hope, is seeking a Branch Operations Leader to supervise day-to-day activities, supervise tellers, and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. You will monitor workflows, drive process improvements, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service while maintaining risk controls.

The role emphasizes cash management, audits, and collaboration with the Branch Manager to achieve branch goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of banking experience.
• Three years in a supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational functions of the branch in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and support tellers and branch staff for day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and improve branch workflows for efficiency.
• Ensure proper cash management including vault, ATM balancing, and cash levels.
• Conduct audits to maintain compliance and minimize risks.
• Provide guidance, training, and escalation support to staff.
