Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum five years of banking experience with at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to ensure policy compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Lead and support tellers and staff in day-to-day operations.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies across the branch.
• Manage cash handling, vault operations, ATM balancing and cash levels.
• Conduct audits and maintain documentation for risk and compliance.
• Coach staff, resolve escalated issues, and develop employees for ops functions.
• Assist Branch Manager with staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to improve customer service and satisfaction.
