Blue Shield of California seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst to support Customer Experience projects. The role leads BPM/CI activities, drives change management, and coordinates cross-functional teams to prepare frontline agents for upcoming changes.

You will develop plans, coaching, and communication materials, ensuring readiness and alignment across the organization in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced BPM/continuous improvement expertise with leadership in change.
• Green Belt from Six Sigma or LEAN, pursuing Black Belt or similar certifications.
• 5+ years leading BPM/CI initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects with coaching and communication skills.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; proficient in analytical tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead business readiness and change management for front-line teams.
• Develop project plans, readiness plans, and communication plans for initiatives.
• Coordinate training plans and process updates across teams to ensure rollout success.
• Provide leadership alignment and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
