Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a seasoned Business Process Analyst, Consultant to join the Customer Experience Program Management Team. You will work with member, broker, and provider phone teams to define requirements and readiness for projects that impact frontline operations, coordinating across functions to ensure success.

This role emphasizes change management, training planning, and leadership alignment, with in-office expectations under the hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Green Belt from Six Sigma or LEAN with progress toward Black Belt.
• 5+ years leading BPM/continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Develop project plans, business readiness, communication, process updates, and training plans.
• Lead change management and leadership alignment across frontline teams.
• Provide coaching on analytical tools and data-driven decision making.
