Blue Shield of CA is seeking a senior Business Process Analyst, Consultant to lead BPM and change initiatives for Customer Experience projects. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure readiness for frontline agents, leveraging Lean Six Sigma principles and structured project management.

The role emphasizes coaching, analytical rigor, and a data-driven approach to improve processes and outcomes within a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Advanced BPM, project management, strategic thinking and change leadership.
Green Belt from Six Sigma or LEAN with work towards Black Belt; Agile or change management certs (Prosci, ACMP, etc).
5 years leading BPM/continuous improvement activities from ideation through execution.
Proficiency in driving cross-functional projects.

Responsabilidades

Support member, broker, and provider teams in delivering projects impacting frontlines.
Define requirements and needs to make projects successful.
Perform change management and business readiness for frontend agents.
Develop and coordinate project plans, readiness plans, communication plans, and training plans.
Provide coaching and mentoring on analytical tools and process improvement.
