Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires extensive experience in process documentation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management
• Requires a deep knowledge of process improvement tools typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Requires strong expertise in performance measurement frameworks and KPI reporting
• Must have excellent time-management skills with a commitment to quality and timeliness
• Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Preferred progress towards a Yellow or Green Belt from ASQ (Lean or Six Sigma)
• Prefers experience with Facets, Jira, Rovo, Service Marketplace, Nexus, Planview, SQL, Facets, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Copilot
• Preferred expert knowledge of automated systems in a production or operations environment
• Preferred expert knowledge of PCs and related software applications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the end-to-end configuration delivery lifecycle to ensure requests are prioritized, tracked, delivered, released, and reported on
• Deliver high-quality analysis, process documentation, and business support
• Drive consistency and improve operational efficiency across the organization
• Translate complex information into actionable recommendations to enable informed decision-making
• Support adaptation to evolving business needs
