Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to support the Business Configuration Shared Services team. You will coordinate configuration delivery, document processes, and provide business support while driving efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Extensive experience in process documentation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management
• Deep knowledge of process improvement tools typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
• Strong expertise in performance measurement frameworks and KPI reporting
• Excellent time-management skills with a commitment to quality and timeliness
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Preferred progress towards a Yellow or Green Belt from ASQ (Lean or Six Sigma)
• Prefers experience with Facets, Jira, Rovo, Service Marketplace, Nexus, Planview, SQL, Facets, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Copilot
• Preferred expert knowledge of automated systems in a production or operations environment
• Preferred expert knowledge of PCs and related software applications
