Deep knowledge of process improvement tools and performance measurement frameworks
Excellent time-management, detail orientation, and strong communication skills
Preferred progress towards Yellow or Green Belt (ASQ)
Experience with Facets, Jira, Rovo, Service Marketplace, Nexus, Planview, SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, Copilot

Responsibilities
