The role combines technical accounting with strong organizational flexibility, performing reconciliations, payroll, and fixed asset tasks with minimal supervision. You will maintain general ledger integrity, oversee AP/AR activities, and ensure timely, precise records across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience.
• Solid understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform full monthly bank, credit card, and loan statement reconciliations.
• Prepare and post standard and adjusting journal entries; maintain fixed asset registers.
• Manage client vendor payments, AR aging analysis, and collections workflows.
• Handle regular payroll processing cycles and assist with year‑end payroll filings.
• Maintain accurate records for multiple client accounts with minimal oversight.
