Job summary

Amteck is looking for a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will oversee design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, coordinating diverse stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning, technical oversight, risk management, testing, and financial control. Travel to sites may be required; PMP/BCIA is beneficial, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA are advantageous.
• Experience with BMS/EPMS and building services a must.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients and vendors.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans for safety and quality.
• Lead FAT, SAT, and IST testing and project closeout.
• Manage project financials, change orders, and billing.
