Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to deliver end-to-end building automation projects, from design through handover. The role requires coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring on-time execution and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning, technical oversight of BMS installation and commissioning, risk management, and financial control. Travel to construction sites will be required as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction/building services with BMS/control systems
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and integration protocols
• Bachelor's in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects: scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resources
• Provide technical oversight for BMS design, installation, and commissioning
• Coordinate stakeholders: clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers
• Identify risks and ensure safety/quality standards are met
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project handover with documentation
• Manage project finances: cost control, forecasting, change orders and billing
