Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will oversee design, installation, commissioning, and handover, coordinating clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety compliance.

Experience in BMS platforms, control systems, and building services, plus PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications, will be highly valued. Travel to various sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BMS-specific certifications highly advantageous.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience in building automation or data centers.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, and commissioning; ensure integration with HVAC, lighting, security and other systems.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; lead coordination meetings.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project closeout; ensure documentation and handover to operations.
• Oversee project financials, including cost control, forecasting, change orders, and billing.
