Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will oversee design, installation, integration, testing, and handover, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely, within-budget completion.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in BMS/controls with a mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering background, plus PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA advantages. Travel to various sites and a focus on safety and quality are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services with BMS/controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, schedule, budgets, and resources.
• Technical Oversight: Review BMS design, installation, and commissioning per specs and codes.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers; manage contracts.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure safety and QA.
• Testing & Handover: Lead FAT, SAT, IST; complete as-built docs and handover to operations.
• Financial Management: Monitor costs, forecast, manage change orders, assist with billing.
