Job summary

Amteck seeks a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects from design through handover. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and quality, and ensure safety compliance on site.

You will oversee design reviews, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT/IST, and liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors. A strong BMS background and relevant certifications are expected, with travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years PM experience in construction/building services with BMS/control systems.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and HVAC/controls.
• Bachelor's in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication; strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: define scope, objectives, deliverables; manage schedules, budgets, resources.
• Technical Oversight: review BMS design, installation, commissioning; ensure code compliance.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, suppliers.
• Risk & Quality Management: identify risks, implement mitigations; enforce safety and QA.
• Testing & Handover: lead FAT/SAT/IST; ensure documentation and handover to operations.
• Financial Management: oversee cost control, forecasts, margins, change orders, billing.
