Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will oversee design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover while coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project management within construction or building services, with strong knowledge of BMS platforms and integration protocols. Travel to sites is required as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BMS-specific certifications are highly advantageous.
• Experience with BMS platforms and control systems is required.

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, security, and other systems.
• Manage clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors; lead coordination meetings.
