Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will manage design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover while coordinating stakeholders to meet time, budget, and quality targets.

Responsibilities include planning, technical oversight, risk and vendor management, FAT/SAT/IST testing, and financial controls. Travel to sites may be required. Strong leadership and engineering background are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction/building services with BMS/control systems.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms and integration protocols (BACnet/Modbus) and systems.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, security, and electrical systems.
• Manage clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and handover activities with as-built drawings and operation manuals.
• Monitor project risks, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee project financials: cost control, forecasting, and billing support.
