Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will coordinate design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety compliance.

Role requires 3–5+ years in construction or building services, strong BMS knowledge, and PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are a plus. Travel to multiple sites will be necessary in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services, with a strong background in BMS and control systems.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; professional certifications (PMP / PRINCE2 / BCIA) are advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; strong organizational and time-management abilities; strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning; ensure integration with HVAC, lighting, security, electrical, and fire systems.
• Manage primary client, contractor, engineer, subcontractor, and supplier relationships; lead coordination meetings and vendor negotiations.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project closeout; ensure documentation (as-built drawings, operation manuals) is completed.
• Oversee project financials: cost control, forecasting, margin analysis, change orders, and assist with billing.
