Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will plan, coordinate design, installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution across HVAC, lighting, security, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, budgets, stakeholders, vendors, risk, and QA, plus FAT/SAT/IST testing and project closeout. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction/building services.
• Strong BMS platform knowledge (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget and deliverables.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Identify risks and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST, and project closeout activities.
• Monitor costs, track change orders, and assist with billing.
