Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, reporting to the Vice President of Electrical Service. You will drive scope, schedule, budgets, and technical oversight across design, installation, commissioning, and handover to operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, managing risks and safety, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction or building services, with BMS/control experience.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and control integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budgets, and resources; manage end-to-end delivery.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and FAT/SAT IST.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage risk, quality, safety compliance, and documentation.
• Control project financials, change orders, and billing support.
• Lead project closeout and handover to operations.
