Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation system projects. You will coordinate design, installation, commissioning, and handover while maintaining schedule, budget, and safety standards.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee FAT/SAT/IST, and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure quality and timely project completion. Travel to construction sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction/building services, with BMS/control systems background.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Controls) preferred.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or BMS-specific certifications (e.g., BCIA) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables; develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning and integration with HVAC, lighting, security, electrical, and fire systems.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; manage vendor selections and contracts.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; ensure safety and quality assurance compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST tests and project closeout; ensure as-built drawings and operation manuals are handed over.
• Oversee project financials including cost control, forecasting, margin analysis, and handling change orders.
