Job summary

Amteck seeks a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in building services, strong BMS knowledge (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys), and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services.
• Strong background in BMS and control systems.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities like data centers is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, and commissioning; ensure code compliance and system integration.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Lead FAT, SAT, and IST; manage project handover and documentation.
• Oversee project finances: cost control, forecasting, margin analysis, change orders, and billing.
