Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will manage design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role requires 3–5+ years in PM within building services, familiarity with BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Metasys), and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction/building services with BMS/control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or BCIA certifications advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BMS/EPMS projects from planning to handover.
• Oversee design reviews, installation, commissioning, and FAT/SAT.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
