Job summary

Amteck is hiring a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design through handover. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and safety, coordinating clients, contractors, and vendors while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5+ years in PM for building services or construction, strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Metasys), and PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction/building services with BMS
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Metasys, Honeywell) and control systems
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA advantageous

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from design to handover, including scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning and integration with other building systems.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors; manage vendors and contracts.
• Lead FAT, SAT and IST testing and project closeout, ensuring documentation and handover to operations.
