Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects from design through handover. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services, strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys), and PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction/building services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred; PMP/PRINCE2/BMS certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects: define scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with HVAC, lighting, security, electrical and fire systems.
• Coordinate clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; lead meetings and vendor selection.
