Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation systems projects. You will coordinate design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes while aligning with safety standards.

The role requires 3-5+ years of PM experience in building services, strong BMS knowledge (Trend/Tridium/Siemens/Honeywell/Metasys), and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms and control systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop schedules and budgets.
• Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Coordinate stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Manage risk, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead FAT, SAT, and IST activities; ensure proper documentation handover.
• Monitor project financials, change orders, and billing support.
