Job summary

Amteck is seeking a Building Management Systems/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex building automation projects. You will coordinate design, installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strict safety and quality adherence.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services, strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys), and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in building services or construction with BMS exposure.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of BMS/EPMS projects from design to handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet scope and quality targets.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors; lead risk mitigation and safety compliance.
