Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. The role reports to the Vice President of Electrical Service and requires coordinating design, installation, commissioning, and handover while maintaining budget, schedule, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Strong background in BMS and control systems; data centers a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred; PMP/PRINCE2/BMS certifications advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, objectives and deliverables; develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning and integration with other systems.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Primary contact for clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; manage contracts and meetings.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure safety and QA compliance.
• Testing & Handover: Lead FAT, SAT, IST; manage closeout and handover documentation.
• Financial Management: Oversee project financials, cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
