Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation systems projects. You will plan, scope, schedule, and budget projects, while coordinating design, installation, commissioning, and handover with stakeholders including clients and contractors.

The role demands 3–5+ years in PM for construction/building services, deep BMS knowledge (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys), and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and BACnet/Modbus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities; adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, and commissioning; ensure code compliance and system integration.
• Manage client and contractor relationships; coordinate vendors and meetings.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead FAT, SAT, IST tests and project handover with complete documentation.
• Monitor project financials including cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
