Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will coordinate design, installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project management within building services, strong BMS knowledge (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys), and a BAS-focused engineering background. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in construction or building services, with BMS experience.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and BACnet/Modbus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives and deliverables; manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Technical Oversight: Supervise BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, ensuring specs and codes compliance.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Primary contact for clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers; lead meetings.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Testing & Handover: Lead FAT, SAT, IST and closeout with as-built docs and handover to operations.
• Financial Management: Oversee project financials, cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
