Amteck is hiring for a BMS/EPMS Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will oversee design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years PM experience in construction/building services with BMS involvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls).
• PMP, PRINCE2 or BMS-specific certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Technical Oversight: Review BMS design, installation, and commissioning; ensure code compliance and system integration.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Primary contact for clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; lead meetings.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Testing & Handover: Lead FAT, SAT, IST; manage closeout and handover documentation.
• Financial Management: Oversee project financials, cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
